Paid $800 (1/2 upfront) to proprietor, Rob Russell, for repairs to a 1999 VW Beetle:\r\n-Reattach interior upholstery in ceiling\r\n-Replace the Volkswagen Beetle emblem \r\n-Fix drivers side window (off track)\r\n-Fix drivers side door handle\r\n-Reattach front door panels-drivers & passengers sides\r\n-Reattach sun visor\r\n\r\nRussell didn’t do the upholstery, lost the VW emblem and tried to blame it on another when the emblem was given directly to him, and broke the door handle. Learned he contracted out some of the work to another shop on 2nd & Cumberland Streets after promising he could do it. Asked for 1/2 money back, he refused. He also lied & said he spent an additional $500 out of his pocket to fix the car. After repeated attempts, he stopped returning calls. \r\n\r\nWARNING: Only patronize BBB-accredited businesses, and DO NOT do business with Rob Russell and the 16th Street Frame & Collision!
