My mom used Days, and being in her mid 70’s the fact that she felt like she was treated right was pretty darn important to me. When it came to my own vehicle needing service that I didn’t have time to do myself, I first took it to the dealer and about choked at their quote. I went to Days and got quoted about 2/3rds the cost of the dealer.\r\n\r\nThen time for the repairs came and I got a call from Days, they inspected one item quoted for repair and suggested I do not replace it yet as the part itself was still fine (torn boot). I ended up paying less than their original quote.\r\n\r\nI would recommend the business manager change her text. While accurate, it’s not the best face to put forward when you rely on customers.
