I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did).\r\nBrought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business.\r\n1- Rick called my warranty company for me\r\n2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty\r\n3- Warranty company’s are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long.\r\n4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was!\r\n5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car.
