Took my truck their, was told id need a new wheel bearing, spindle, and hub. I told them if a stock one would fit I would take it just to get home (I have a dynatrack front end) I was informed the stock wouldn’t fit, so I assumed I wouldn’t be paying for any parts since they told me “you need to bring us the parts you want”. When my bud went up to do the work himself, they charged $300 for the stock parts I was told wouldn’t work!! Why did they order parts that didn’t fit!! I shouldn’t have to pay because they’re to incompetent to do a little research before spending $300 of my money!! I have never been so dissatisfied with the customer service as I was with Newburg service center. I know every story is different, but this is typical of a garage taking advantage of an put of town customer who is already in enough of a pickle.
