I just want to say my family and I use Rainbow Muffler on Northfield Road in Maple Hts. all the time because of the great customer service and good work Mark and his staff provide us. Not one time did we have to go back to take our cars for work undone, whatever the problem was Mark made sure it was taken of as well as his workers. I always recommend people to go see him. Mark takes his time to explain things to you without rushing to get you out the door. Me, my wife and my son have used Rainbow muffler for years and have known Mark for several years. \r\n\r\nI hope the business continue to be good and Mark continue to manage it as well in the future.\r\n\r\nGod Bless\r\nHenry Smith
