I drove my 2002 E350 231k plus miles before I took it in to \r\nRamey Ford in Beckley, WV. I checked ALL my fluids before I \r\ndrove it 25 miles. IT has never over heated! NEVER…..and \r\nthe antifreeze was in between the hot and cold lines in the \r\nreservoir. That is where you fill the radiator at. OK SO \r\nThey do my requested work I have no problem paying them $1177 \r\nand go to my van. CLICK click clik dammit \r\n\r\n\r\nMy first thought was they frikkin switched my starter which I had \r\nreplaced at a Pep Boys with a Pro start starter on October 14, \r\n2009 and I have the receipt. I swiftly crawled up under the \r\nvan and could SEEE the POS broken selenoid (switched) starter \r\nwhich did not have PRO START Sticker on it like the one I had \r\nreplaced at Pep Boys IT was NOW a worthless FORD OEM part. \r\n\r\nI proceeded to POLITELY STORM back into the service area…..\r\n\r\nMike said it must be the battery but WHY would it be the battery when \r\nit still had 4 years on the warranty…….it started the van in the\r\nmorning…..and when the mechanic drove it into the bay and when he \r\ndrove it out to the lot. Which he really never brought it out front \r\nit was OUT BACK!!\r\n\r\nSO this guy gets a Battery booster and hooks it up and NOTHING!!\r\n\r\n\r\nCLICK CLICK CLICK \r\nI proceeded to tell the shop hand, the gentleman who was just doing \r\nhis job\r\n \r\n”THEY TOOK OFF & replaced my NO PROBLEMS EVER StarterI KNOW BECAUSE\r\nI have already been up under the van and checked the POS Starter out!\r\n\r\nRamey Ford replaced my NO PROBLEM stater…..\r\nWith a POS Worthless one.” and they tried to sell me one for $350 \r\nNOT Installed…..and with no warranty….\r\n\r\nThis was before I even drove off the lot, so when I started it \r\nup and drove off I was furious! To say the least\r\n\r\nI had to buy a starter at NAPA Lifetime Warranty for ONLY $130 \r\nbecause I HAD TO! SO I drove off the lot towards walmart and NAPA\r\n\r\nAFTER I Drove ONE HALF MILE and the Engine over\r\nheated beca

a diesel motor vehicle they Billed $300 or so for reparing and then Rick Smith proceeded to replace the Batteries and the glo plugs got hot and the motor ran fine!! Also a man who told me they sandblasted his alternator and told him they replaced it when they did no such thing. I HAVE these people and I am looking for more people who have been scammed by Ramey Ford in Beckley, WV.\r\n\r\nMaybe ramey thinks I cannot trace the starter back to it’s original owner…….NUMBERS and VIN will prove I was defrauded also Pep Boys, who has told me there would be PROSTART on my starter which there is NOT, and they will testify that the starter is NOT the one I had them install……Anyone want to join me in a class action Lawsuit?? The removed Starter WAS NOT IS NOT AND NEVER WAS The ProStart Starter I had LAST INSTALLED at PepBoys! They Switched out my GOOD Starter with a Bad starter ALSO As soon as I drove off the lot less than five miles later I noticed my TEMP GUAGE was IN THE RED and I’ve NEVER OVER HEATED IN 231K miles!!!!!! I told Rick Smith about this and I proceeded to add a gallon each of water and antifreeze……….two days later AGAIN I had to add two gallons of liquid……one each of antifreeze and water……My vehicle HAS NEVER LOST Fluids and NEVER OVERHEATED until I got it back from Ramey Ford!\r\n\r\nTHE NEXT DAY I had a loud explosion under the hood as a Started the motor!! I had to have the vehicle towed Back to Ricks Service where I was informed that I had blown a spark plug and would need a helicoil and special Plug at minimum…….Rick proceeded to work on the vehicle to find I had leakage of antifreeze around other plugs and would need a complete head job and that it would be more valuable to me to replace the motor……….UNDERSTAND This is a MOTOR I have used for 130 thousand miles to haul Large Heavy Loads with never a problem!! Brakes and Front end parts were replaced as needed WHICH LEADS ME TO THIS>>>>>>>Mike told me and it is in writing That I need Ball joints replaced which I proceeded to tell him BULL LONEE, I had my ball joints replaced less than 5 thousand miles ago!! LIFETIME and I have receipts!!! HOW come they never WROTE UP THAT I NEEDED A STARTER????? I am going to SUE Ramey Ford in Beckely, WV for lost time at work, fraud in Billing and Fraud/deception in repairs, Mental Anguish and Punitive Damages. I have A few people I am contacting who are willing to testify on my behalf and TWO of them have sued and won lawsuits against Ramey Ford one for Changing VIN on wrecked car another for them having claimed to fix a vehicle they never performed any work on, a diesel motor vehicle they Billed $
