All,\r\n\r\nThe Bethel Park, PA Sears took over 4 hours to install 2 tires on my car. This was after I had waited at the Sears in Washington. PA who did not have my tires in stock and sent me to the Bethal Park store which is about 45 minutes away to have my tires installed. However upon arriving I was put at the end of the line and told I had to wait 2 hours. This was even after Sears understood that I was on the road and had another 5 hours to drive and I had already waited at the first Sears store. Thanks alot Kevin for the “great” customer service.
