STS’s labor rates are competitive with the industry but he always charges by the actual time it takes vs. rounding up the hours like most shops. He’ll provide prioritization on what is really in need to be fixed as opposed to fixing and charging for everything in and around the effected area. The markup on materials is minimal if anything at all.
