I paid 220.00 for my starter to be replaced because my car was having a difficult time starting. Three days later I kept having the same issue of my car not starting. I returned on the same day to have a mechanic look at my car. A mechanic looked at my car and then explained what the problem could be but he didn’t have enough time. I was asked to bring my car back two days later. I arrived on time to wait 20 minutes to have a different mechanic look at my car and was told that the original mechanic was too busy to assist me. They were not trying to help me resolve this issue because they were not making money of the visit. I will not return I’d rather travel 45 minutes to an hour than go to a place that’s 5 minutes away. Poor customer service especially when you confront them about their work.
