I have been going to thrifty smog over 10 years with my vehicles. chevy 2500hd, mitsubishi outlander, chevy s10 and he always did great work. he is a smog expert not a communication expert! he’s fast and gets your car out and has told what i need to do to make it pass.

Mr Kermani is rude, doesn’t like to answer knowledgeable question on parts,he does not do business with Napa auto parts say they are build in China ,( most parts are build in China or some foreign country anyway). I am pretty knowledgeable on working on your car and this guy dodged my question i do have some knowledge on engines and smog problems. I would never send my wife to talk to him, he tried to talk down to you.. His shop is kind of small and not the cleanest.. My main complaint he lacks professional communication skills and is any a hurry. I don’t recommend him for repair job, maybe smog test he is ok but he is still gruff and rude.
