There’s a front desk guy name Jeff K that works at Camp Hill Tireplus, he probably has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. He not only has no clue what he’s doing, he does nothing to serve the customers. I’ve been there a few time with friends and each time he is there, we have had a horrible experience with him. Today we were waiting for one particular service from him and instead of telling us what’s the next step, knowing that we were waiting on the counter, I saw him take his lunch, went to his car and drove off. I can give you more examples but I already wasted 6+ hours today there for nonsense. I have no idea how be was able to obtain the job in the first place. We left disappointed each time with him so I will never come back here again and will not recommend it to anyone else either. I don’t care if you’re gonna publish this review or not but, someone has to talk to this guy and teach him some customer service skills/lesson.
