Best service and guide in town.\r\n\r\nArrived, gave the title and insurance and 10minutes later was asked for a credit card and walked out with my new plates. MIRACLE!\r\n\r\nI don’t know when and where else will you have a DMV or RMV or DOT experience like this!\r\n\r\nI would strongly recommend everyone use this little place!

I bought a car from the dealership they are attached to and decided to use them to transfer the registration and title. I called after one month of not receiving the registration and I was told I had to wait three months and that they couldn’t do anything about it, which is absurd. After the three months were almost up (and my temporary registration almost expired) I called again to inquire about the registration. The woman I spoke to claimed she didn’t know that I wanted them to mail it to me and she didn’t know that I needed it. I received no notification that my registration was ready and had I not called, they would have let my temporary registration expire without ever sending me the new tags.\r\n\r\nWhen I asked about the title, the woman said I should “go to Harrisburg” to get it since she couldn’t send it to me. She said that it was impossible for them to send me a title and that I had to go pick it up in person since it was now in my name. They were not helpful at all and incredibly rude throughout the entire process.\r\n\r\nIf I hadn’t called to check in repeatedly, they wouldn’t have done their jobs, which I paid them to do. Absolutely terrible, you have to fight with them every step of the way just to get them to do the services you pay for. I would never recommend anyone going here.
